Adam is a Chartered Tax Adviser. He has led tax consultancies several over the years and founded his own consultancy which was acquired by a national top 20 accountancy firm.
Adam has a keen focus on owner-managed businesses and is experienced at helping individuals and businesses with their tax matters, including advising on exit planning (management buy-outs, employee ownership trusts), restructuring and demergers, share incentive planning (EMI schemes), business sales and acquisitions, and other associated transactions.

Sarah’s career spans 25+ years global Operations experience delivering multi-stage, multi-market research projects across a wide range of sectors including 20 years at Kantar as well as smaller boutique qualitative agencies.
Throughout her career Sarah has gained extensive knowledge and practical experience in data protection. Between 2017-18 she executed a GDPR & Data Privacy program across Kantar’s Consulting Division globally.
In 2019 Sarah established her own business supporting SME’s and Freelancers in embedding the required processes and policies to achieve compliance with data protection legislation. She is also experienced in ISO 27001 certification.
Sarah is a certified member of the UK Market Research Society and a member of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals).
Rob is a Chartered UK and European patent attorney, with a technical background predominantly in mechanical engineering. He has worked at large private practice patent and trade mark firms, and has also worked in-house within the trade mark team of a global snacks company, before starting up a boutique intellectual property firm in 2022.
Rob is experienced in helping individuals, start-ups and SMEs navigate the complex world of intellectual property, advising on commercially beneficial actions to take to build and strengthen their IP portfolios.
Rob aims to provide clear and concise advice by cutting out the legal jargon when explaining the options available to clients along with the real-world commercial effects of any actions taken.
